We know our residents seek to have relationships and our faith-based approach allows the community leadership to place a premium on being relational, not transactional – being person centered, not corporate driven – being motivated by benevolence, not by profits. For us, the idea of person-centered service for our residents is a way of life.
Autumn View Gardens is committed to serving seniors who desire an enriching and fulfilling lifestyle. We believe meeting physical, spiritual and emotional needs is only part of our mission. We also provide our residents opportunities to foster a sense of community and connectedness in a stimulating and fun environment.
With over 60 years of serving seniors, our faith-based, non-profit model will ensure you are living with purpose, passion and fun.
Since 1959, we have operated under a simple guiding principle: that business and service go hand in hand. Our mission of business for benevolence means we realize that we are all connected and share common values. Since we believe that service can also be fun, we offer our residents the chance to serve our world by loving, giving and doing. We offer spacious Jr. companion suites, studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom companion and three-bedroom companion suite apartments to meet the unique preferences of each resident. Each apartment is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning units and built-in emergency communication systems.
For seniors, maintaining independence is a key part of this transition. We offer the security of Licensed Nurse supervision, medication aides and friendly team members to ensure anytime support. At the same time, residents can focus on doing what you enjoy, living comfortably and as independently as you like.
Easily accessible from Highway 40 and the Clarkson Road exit, 5 miles west off of Manchester Road, our community is convenient to shopping and restaurants, three major hospitals (St. Luke’s, Mercy, and Missouri Baptist), Wildwood Town Center, and Babler Park.
We’re committed to offering affordable assisted living and memory care, and being a not-for-profit community means our investment is in our residents. We offer flat rates with no hidden fees, so you can be confident knowing you will get the care you need without being nickel-and-dimed as you age—a major help with financial planning.
We respect everyone’s spiritual background. To us, “faith-based” is more than our spiritual foundation, it is a way of life—a humble and selfless approach and a commitment to making sure our residents have the support so they can make the most of every day.
Our residents forge new friendships in our close-knit community through the arts, outreach opportunities, social events, fitness classes, cultural outings and other engaging experiences. We offer a vibrant and enriching activities calendar from morning to night, seven days a week. Our residents maintain an active lifestyle and get to know each other as friends and neighbors.
Our 11 acres boasts beautiful walking paths, open spaces, a gazebo, and a large wrap-around deck. Inside our buildings, residents love the natural light, high ceilings, and cozy common spaces. With a vibrant social life and spacious apartments, Autumn View Gardens strikes the perfect balance between coming together and privacy.
